Shipping & Return Policy

  • NO Exchanges, Refunds or Returns WILL NOT be given for public health reasons. If product has been opened & returned, it will be returned back to sender with no refund.

  • Customers will be charged for shipping whether package is being sent or received. Shipping charge is Nonrefundable.

  • Defective items will be replaced once original items are received.

  • On a normal timeframe, please allow 5-7 business day for all items to be processed and shipped. Expedited shipping, 3-5 business days are available for certain orders.

  • Due to the pandemic, Covid-19, orders can POSSIBLY take up to 7-10 business days before you receive them.  Not including the 2-3 business processing days. This is totally out of our hands. Due to the high demand of oversea shipment is limited. **Typically for "Closure Wigs.**

  • We are not responsible for lost items in mail. We provide you with a tracking number when items have been sent out. If the item gets lost, please contact USPS directly. It is recommended to have a tracking number when sending products back.

  • When ordering hair and booking an appointment, please consult with vendor the approximate time hair will be receive prior to booking an appointment.

  • Please note, if you book an appointment and purchase hair from me, I will keep the hair to do all customizations needed for the installation. 

  • All payment method addresses and shipping address must match or your payment will be REFUND with NO EXCEPTIONS !! To protect our safety.

  • Before checking out, be sure to double check both your email and address, once the order is submitted, it is no way it can be changed.

  • Please understand that most banks are not open on weekends and orders will NOT process until that following Tuesday. Processing takes two days and DOES NOT include Saturday or Sunday. Checking out through Paypal guarantees you a faster processing time and can allow you to receive your merchandise faster.​​
